[BTS to be the Brand Ambassador for Tokopedia]
Tokopedia is one of the pioneer Indonesian unicorns and considered the largest marketplace within the country. Recently, they did an exceptional move astounding many by recruiting a group entitled one of the “Most Influential People of 2019” by TIME, BangTan Boys, shortened as BTS. As of 7th October, BTS officially joined Tokopedia as its Brand Ambassador.
Preowned worldwide, BTS has achieved countless achievements. They even speech in front of The United Nations empowering young people. Not surprisingly, this boyband group consisting of 7 dashing men earned so much respect, mainly from their very own fan club named Army.
Tokopedia out of the blue signing BTS as its Brand Ambassador is lowkey to counterattack Shopee equally shocking contract with Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the GOAT football player alongside Lionel Messi. However, Tokopedia has the upper-hand here. Need to keep in mind, Indonesia ranked 5th worldwide as The Most BTS Fans in The World.
Indonesia “Army” expected to access Tokopedia repeatedly as a supportive move tribute to their idols. Tokopedia targeted this “boom” even though it is still skeptical. Once again, whatever Tokopedia motives were, partnering with the most popular group BTS is indeed an outstanding move.
