Lounge In The Sky: Taking Crowds to The Clouds
Have you ever had the desire to dine up in the sky?
Surely it will be a lot of fun, isn’t it exciting?
Here in Jakarta, you can now have the experience of a lifetime!
Lounge In The Sky, a restaurant from Mangkuluhur City and Dits’s collaboration, will launch its unique restaurant in January 2022. They offer a unique-new experience, that is, eating from the sky.
Eating from 50 meters above the sky, you’ll be able to see the view of Jakarta from every angle. The Semanggi Butterfly, known as Jembatan Semanggi, is also visible from the dining location and will undoubtedly be an exciting sight for the people visiting. The four delicious course meals in this floating place are made by Boca Rica Tapas Bar & Lounge, and you’ll definitely get to savor this unique dining experience.
Mangkuluhur City and Dits Asia have teamed up to bring this culinary experience to life, revitalizing local and international tourism. As Sandiaga Uno, Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, recently said, cooperation between all parties is needed to recharge our tourism industry.
Arvin Randawa, founder and CEO of Dits Asia, expressed his enthusiasm. He admitted that he is delighted to finally launch Lounge In The Sky in Indonesia-the third Lounge In The Sky in the world. “Jakarta is a city full of passion and vitality. After staying at home for almost 2 years, we all need a celebration and some fun things. What else is more suitable than in the sky?” he said.
From their Instagram, @loungeinthesky.id, they introduced themselves using the hashtag #WeGoUp. They’ll start opening their restaurant reservations in December 2020. Until now, their Instagram account has approximately four thousand followers. In addition to using hashtags, they also introduce themselves through Instagram ads, which is considered more effective in reaching the public.
While eating up in the sky, don’t fret! Safety supervisors will provide information on safety regulations to guests before the platform is raised and constantly communicate with operators and staff on the ground.
This form of modern dining has been approved by the TÜV SÜD, an international organization originating in Germany that validates the safety of all kinds of products to protect both humans and the environment from harm. Furthermore, they used a telescopic boom crane weighing 300 tons to build this place.
So buckle up, chill a bit, and simply enjoy your meal and the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you!
