High quality product positioned Starbuck as a top leading coffee brand. Along with its cordial services, Starbucks ensures each customer to have a warm and joyful experience. However, it costed much.
Neglecting the gap in product quality, the coffeeshop nearby provides customer the same warmth, the same joy, even the same taste, but at a much reasonable price. Then, what exact reason do people hold for keeping them visiting the huge brand instead?
It appears to be the ‘brand’ itself. Using unique marketing strategy grants Starbucks the upper-hand: the brand is considered prestige. Marketing expertise, Taufik Qurrahman, said, “It’s not only the product quality a customer buy, but also the feeling of luxury that lies within.”
So, now, which one do you buy; quality or luxury?
